UK Planning Leads is a data subscription service operated at ukplanningleads.co.uk. We monitor publicly available residential planning application decisions published by UK local planning authorities, filter them for projects relevant to trades, and deliver weekly spreadsheet files to paying subscribers.
UK Planning Leads is independent and is not affiliated with any UK council or planning authority.
We offer the following subscription plans:
Plans and prices are subject to change. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.
Monthly subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period once the weekly data has been delivered.
To cancel, manage your subscription via the Stripe billing portal or email hello@ukplanningleads.co.uk.
Annual subscriptions are paid upfront for a 12-month period. You may cancel renewal at any time, but annual fees are non-refundable once access has started, except where required by law.
We offer a free sample list before any payment is taken. Free samples are provided for evaluation only and must not be resold, republished or distributed. Requesting a free sample does not create any obligation to subscribe.
UK Planning Leads uses publicly available planning portal information published by UK local planning authorities. We aim to keep information accurate and current but do not guarantee:
The data is provided as an opportunity signal. It is your responsibility to verify information and conduct your own due diligence before acting on any lead.
Planning application data is published by UK local planning authorities under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and related legislation. It is publicly available and not proprietary to UK Planning Leads. We organise and filter this data to make it more useful for trades.
UK Planning Leads is independent. We are not affiliated with any UK council, government department, planning authority or any other public body. Use of our service does not confer any official status or relationship with any council.
By subscribing to or using UK Planning Leads, you agree not to:
The Done For You plan involves managed outreach on your behalf. It is subject to separate pricing and terms agreed on a case-by-case basis. Standard subscription terms (including cancellation and refund terms above) do not apply to Done For You arrangements unless explicitly stated in writing. Done For You is subject to availability and suitability assessment at our discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UK Planning Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or commercial disappointment resulting from any lead in a subscriber file.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
